Bleuchâtel soft Swiss cream cheese with veins of noble blue mold Penicillium Roqueforti, made from pasteurized cow’s milk. One of the noblest cheeses, made in cheese dairies on the border of Switzerland and France – on the territory of the Neuchatel canton. The taste of cheese surprisingly keeps a balance between salinity, kis and sweet fruit.
