Description

Sbrinz is a traditional Swiss extra hard cheese made from whole cow’s milk. The scent of Sbrinz recalls the high alpine meadows, fragrant flowers and herbs. A gourmet cheese will surprise you with its rich sweet-salty taste with notes of caramel and walnut. In hardness, Sbrinz resembles the Italian Parmigiano Reggiano, but it tastes very different from it. Sbrinz is the oldest cheese in Europe.
