Le Gruyère Mild is a Swiss cheese whose name comes from la Gruyère, a région in the canton Fribourg, where it is manufactured. It’s a cheese made of entire cow milk, with pressed dough and cooked, made of raw milk. About 400 liters of milk are necessary to produce a wheel of cheese of 35 kg. This Gruyere matured between 5 and 12 months. Our Gruyère is our specialty, its refinement a fine and fruity nuts taste.
