Description
Gruyere Montagne is a traditional Swiss cheese made from fresh cow’s milk. Light amber, hard cheese without holes, with a delicate aroma and spicy, sweet-salty taste with notes of walnut. The taste can vary depending on the aging: from the mild flavor of the cheese, which ripened 5 months before the sharp old 15-month-old cheese. Gruyere is named after the birthplace of the same name in the Gruyere district of the western canton of Freiburg, with numerous lakes and meadows.
