Description

Prince d’Ogoz is soft Swiss Brie cheese made from pasteurized alpine cow milk. This creamy, melting cheese in the mouth is covered with natural moldy crust from white noble Penicillium Camemberti mold. The pulp of cheese is a delicate flowing mass with a silky structure. The Prinz d’Ogoz has a delicate creamy taste and a characteristic delicate mushroom aroma.
