Our Mild Cheddar is a bit more buttery and it has a more complex flavor profile than most mild cheddars. For grownups and children alike, approved Mild is an excellent introduction to the world of all-natural premium cheddar. Slice it and pack it into lunch boxes or pair it with warm apple pie.
