The taste of the Swiss Gold cheese is very balanced: pleasant warm colors of roasted nuts and rustic butter are combined with the sweetness of juicy alpine herbs. This cheese ripens for at least 10 months, and its crust is quite dry. Therefore, the aroma is much more tender and calmer. The aroma of cheese has shades of croutons and meadow freshness. We recommend trying this cheese with a dense fragrant white wine or very light and round red.
