Our Red cheddar is a wonderfully rich and tangy cheese with a crumbly texture and tantalising crunch – the hallmark of a proper Extra Mature cheddar. It is coloured with annatto a natural plant extract to give it a distinctive deep orange hue. Made from pasteurised cow’s milk. Suitable for vegetarians.
