Description

L’Etivaz hard elegant and fragrant Swiss cheese made from fresh unpasteurized cow’s milk. Milk of exclusively summer milk is used when cows graze on flowering and fragrant alpine pastures. L’Etivaz has a light fruity and slightly nutty flavor. The cheese is named for the place where it was produced.
