Description

The Dutch goat cheese is a hard cheese made from 100% goat milk with a mild, silky taste. Goat cheese is very healthy and easily digestible. It also is a great alternative for people with milk allergy. Therefore The Dutch goat cheese is vegetarian, because they use natural rennet. Goat cheese contains a lot of proteins.  Then the Goat  cheese matures on untreated wooden shelves in the cheese warehouse of Van Der Heiden Kaas, until they have the perfect taste.
